Obtaining the perfect balance between your professional life and personal life is the ultimate goal for anyone. We all lead chaotic and pressure-filled lives. Nineteen years ago, I discovered that Shiatsu massage was the perfect tool to help balance my life and create a calm, healthy and happy centre. I have realised that if I prioritise maintaining balance within myself, I can handle a bigger load throughout each day, with more clarity, equanimity, and joy.
Now, more than ever I feel the importance of inner alignment and balance. I do this with a commitment to meditation, yoga, wholesome food and of course, Shiatsu massage. These were also important tools that held me during my pregnancies so that I could have two amazing births and simple recoveries. My birth experiences have made me particularly passionate about working with pregnant women (or those trying to conceive), to help nurture them through this period and potentially through their birth. Our physical health is directly linked to our mental health, and taking care of both is extremely important.
I completed a Diploma of Shiatsu with the Shiatsu School of WA in 1999 and have a background as a Yoga Teacher and Energy Worker.
